1. Salt and water
Mix about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a cup of water (he hottest you can tolerate) and also add 1 tablespoon of Listerine for killing the germs. Do a gargle of the mixture a few times, this will neutralize the acid in your throat, and reduce the burning sensation thereby speeding up the healing process.
2. Hot sauce and water
Add about two teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper sauce (based on your tolerance level) to warm water and do a gargle every 15 minutes to help relief the sore throat pain. Hot Pepper can reduce pain and they also fight inflammation
3. Green tea
Brew a hot cup of green tea, drink some and gargle some to kill any bacteria in your throat. Green tea naturally fights off infections, making it a suitable remedy for sore throat.
