Finally! A Food-Solution to All of Our Fatty Problems

Just like me, have you wondered why we cannot still eat and lose some weight? Well, yes we can! This Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup is a sweet remedy to all our ‘fatty’ problems!! And may we add that this ‘Cabbage soup was RUMORED in days of old to melt away those thighs.’

Prep time: 20mins

Cook time: 25mins

Ingredients:

carrots, chopped

onions, chopped

2 can whole peeled tomatoes (with liquid)

1 large cabbage, chopped

1 envelop dry onion soup mix (or your preferred spice mix)

1 can cut green beans, drained

2 quarts tomato juice

green bell peppers diced

10 stalks celery, chopped

1 can beef broth

Preparation:

1)      After you have prepared (chop or dice as the case may be) your ingredients, place the carrots, onions, cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, peppers and celery in a pot, add your onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth and enough water to cover the vegetables.

2)      Simmer until vegetables are tender.

3)      Serve! You could store in a freezer, if not finished.

Tip: we love this recipe especially with local or basmati rice! You should try it.
