Ingredients:
5 carrots, chopped
3 onions, chopped
2 can whole peeled tomatoes (with liquid)
1 large cabbage, chopped
1 envelop dry onion soup mix (or your preferred spice mix)
1 can cut green beans, drained
2 quarts tomato juice
2 green bell peppers diced
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 can beef broth
Preparation:
1) After you have prepared (chop or dice as the case may be) your ingredients, place the carrots, onions, cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, peppers and celery in a pot, add your onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth and enough water to cover the vegetables.
2) Simmer until vegetables are tender.
3) Serve! You could store in a freezer, if not finished.
