I know a lot of people don’t like to hear the word vegetables. However, are you aware that vegetables are actually very healthy and good for you? Why then do we continue to indulge in starchy and junk foods? This is a question many can’t answer.
There is nothing wrong with eating junk food occasionally; I mean once a week, it should not be an everyday habit. The need to find the balance is very crucial, mix up your diet with vegetables and fruits. If you are trying to lose weight and if you have not seen any changes yet, maybe you should consider switching up your diet.

My favourite juicing recipe is this green juice drink. This green juice recipe is packed with spinach, lemon, apple, ginger, lime, and cucumber.
Direction
Step 1: Wash and prep your vegetables. You can do this the night before.
Step 2: Put all the vegetables in a juicer and juice them.
Step 3: Chill your juice, you can put it in the fridge just to allow it to be cold. However, do not leave it out for too long. Its best consumed immediately
Step 4: Drink and enjoy!
