How to make Kid’s Oats with Apples And Blueberries

Breakfast should always be fun for kids.

Now that the kids are on holiday, we feel they should be given a healthy treat from time to time and the best and easiest way to get them to eat healthy is by getting creative. Try out this recipe.



Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1/4 pack blueberries
apple (sliced)
1 cup Milk
Sweetener



Directions:

Pour some milk in a pot and cook the oats on low heat for about 10 – 15 minutes. 

While still hot, add the sweetener and then pour in a bowl

Use the fruits to garnish the oats and serve.
