How to make No Bake Oat Cookies
This is the easiest and breakfast treat one can make. It requires no baking and no cooking. The cocoa and oats make this recipe rich in fiber.
This treat will definitely be loved by the kids. It will make an awesome snack in their snack box.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups white sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter
- 4 tbs cocoa powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
- Scoop teaspoonfuls and drop onto wax paper. Allow to cool and harden.
