How to make Sausage Balls

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt to taste
1½ tsp. Baking powder
Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 lb. Sausage
1 small onion (grated)
2 oz. cream cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper coated with a non-stick spray.
Stir together the cornmeal, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add cheddar cheese and toss to evenly coat
In another bowl, use your hands to combine the sausage, onion, and cream cheese.
Combine both mixtures together using your hands to combine the two.
Take out at about 1-ounce of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them 1 inch apart on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Sausage balls tastes better when served warm.
