How to prepare Special Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- Basmati rice
- Soy sauce
- Cooked chicken (shredded)
- Eggs
- Red pepper
- Yellow pepper
- Green peas
- Spring onions
- Onion
- Oil
Directions:
- Boil the rice, drain the excess water and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan and pour in the eggs to make an omelet and remove from the pan.
- Using the same oil, add the onions, peas, peppers and fry till they are cooked.
- Add soy sauce, chicken and cook well.
- Add the boiled rice and stir the ingredients well.
- Sprinkle omelet strips and serve hot.
