How to make Veggie Spaghetti

Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
1 White Onion (Chopped)
Spring onions (chopped)
3 bell peppers (sliced long)
Tomatoes and peppers (blended)
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Bring spaghetti to boil in a pot of water
2. Fry onions, bell pepper and spring onions in a separate saucepan with little olive oil until heated, but not completely cooked and then set aside
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet
4. Add garlic and onions to the skillet and sauté until slightly brown, about 1 minute
5. Add blended tomatoes and peppers, season with salt and seasoning cubes. Allow to cook until water is dry
6. Add pasta to the tomato sauce and stir until well mixed
7. Toss with vegetables before serving
