Method of Preparation

  1. Boil rice for about 20 minutes. Sieve and allow to cool.
  2. Heat a large frying pan for 2 minutes. When the frying pan is hot, pour in vegetable oil, frozen pea, and onions. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add rice and shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
  4. Add green onions, eggs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 4 minutes, stirring continuously until eggs are cooked and everything is blended evenly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy
