In this day and age of smoothies, wouldn’t it be ignorant not to know at least a smoothie recipe? If like most of us you want to stop buying and start making your own home-made healthy smoothies, then read through this quick-one-step, rich-in-goodness smooth sweetness!

Prep time: 5mins

Ingredients:

½ cup nonfat milk

½ cup fat-free plain yoghurt

½ frozen banana, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement

1 ½ tablespoons almond nut

1 teaspoon honey

½ cup frozen strawberries

Preparation:

Put all in a blender and blend high, till smooth.
