How to prepare Baby Bolognese

Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion (peeled and chopped)
1 celery stick (chopped)
1 carrot (peeled and diced)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
Tomatoes (chopped)
125g minced beef
¼ tsp thyme
2 tsp apple juice
1 cup of any pasta of your choice (cooked)
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes
2. Add the garlic and beef. Cook beef until brown. Next, add the tomatoes and thyme, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the apple juice
4. Serve with cooked pasta
