How to make Beef Stew
We love this beef stew recipe. You can either enjoy it alone or with rice or pasta. Whichever way, we know you will enjoy it!
Ingredients
- 2 kg beef (cut into cubes)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 carrots (sliced)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 3 potatoes (diced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion (chopped)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt and pepper; pour over meat and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook on high heat for about 3 hours or until beef is soft and tender
Serve hot
