How to make Bran Crepes
Maybe it’s a girl thing; maybe not, but don’t girls just love to nibble on stuff? Bran crepes make for that perfect food and snack all in one. [Feel free to have this with your tea, it’s your cup of tea] or just as some good home-made snack.
Serves: 10
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 150g plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 300ml skimmed milk
- 75g Kellogg’s All Bran, crushed
Preparation:
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl, add eggs and mix. Add half of the milk and blend together.
- Add the remainder of the milk and 300ml of water and mix until smooth.
- Pour a little batter into a hot oiled pan, sprinkle with crushed All-Bran.
- Cook until the underside is golden brown then flip the pancake over and cook on the other side for a couple of minutes.
Tip: Like stated before, makes for great snack and tea companion !
