How to make Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
We all know how important eggs are for kid’s growth, especially the yolk. It is time for you to stop giving your babies boring foods because you are out of ideas on what to give them. We believe baby foods are the easiest experiment every mother can get on (just be careful with the combinations). As long as you know what is safe for their tummy, you have the liberty to experiment.
You can try out this cheesy scrambled eggs recipe for babies between 9 months – 12 months that are being introduced to solid foods.

Ingredients:
1 egg (yolk only if you prefer)
2 tbsp whole milk, breast milk or formula
1 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan.
Whisk together the egg and milk, then stir in the cheese.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly, until the egg is cooked through.
You can add a tbsp of very finely chopped cooked veggies to provide a little variety.
