How to prepare Chicken Noodle Soup
This is one recipe we know the kids will love. We have added milk to this chicken pasta soup to make it very creamy and nice. The creamy taste is a good distraction from the garlic and onion taste (for those that don’t like the taste).
It is also a different way of preparing chicken noodle (pasta) soup.

Ingredients:
1 pack of pasta
3 carrots (sliced)
1 potato (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Black pepper and salt to taste
Fresh thyme
1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breast (chopped)
5 cups chicken broth
Seasoning powder, chicken flavour
1 cup milk
Cornstarch (optional)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients except pasta, milk and cornstarch into a pot, stir together and cook until the chicken is cooked.
Add pasta and milk and simmer for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
If soup is too light, mix milk and cornstarch and cook until soup is thickened.
Serve hot!
