How to make Chicken Nuggets

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Salt and ground black pepper

2 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 Cup prepared breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1 cup vegetables

Directions:

1. Place flour in a plastic bag and season with garlic, 1 tablespoon salt and 1/4 tablespoon pepper.

2. Place the chicken pieces in the bag with the flour and toss to coat working in stages, transfer the breadcrumbs to a rimmed plate, season with salt and water.

3. Whisk the egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a medium bowl. Take a piece of chicken from the flour, dip in the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs gently pressing the crumbs into the chicken and set on a clean a plate, repeat method with the remaining chicken

4.Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and make sure they are brown on each sides.  Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a paper towel lined plate.  leave for a while and serve

5. Serve
