How to make Coconut Ice Cream
Enjoy this extremely creamy Coconut ice cream on a hot day like this. It’s definitely worth the effort and it’s also easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 can coconut cream
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
Directions:
Combine the milk and cream of coconut in a food processor or blender, and blend. Stir in cream and flaked coconut.
Pour into the container of an ice cream maker and freeze.
