How to make Coffee Pudding Jelly
This is a low fat coffee recipe. The fact that you see a pudding does not mean it is unhealthy. This is actually a protein filled pudding made with coffee. Best idea ever!!!
Ingredients:
¾ cup cold coffee
1 cup hot coffee
2 packets plain gelatin
Sweeteners
Greek yogurt protein pudding
2 cups plain yogurt
Jello pudding mix
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
2 shots espresso (cooled)
½ tbs vanilla
½ cup milk (any of your choice)
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Put the yogurt and espresso in a mixer and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients.
Add the milk if it seems too thick.
Note that it will still thicken in the refrigerator
Layer the jello cubes and yogurt mixture into cups, chill in the fridge for a few hours. Top up with whipped cream (optional)
