Ingredients:
¼ cup oats
½ cup skim milk
1 teaspoon flax seeds
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
1 banana, peeled
Preparation:
1) Put the oats, milk, flax, walnuts, honey and banana all in a microwave-safe bowl or pot. Cook on high for two minutes either on a stove or microwave as the case may be.
2) Mash in the banana and stir.
3) Serve hot!
Tip: you could sprinkle some berries on top if you like!
