How to prepare Goat Meat Pepper Soup
Because of the extremely dusty weather, so many people now have a flu. So for those who want to give themselves a treat because icecream is not allowed, try out this very easy goat meat pepper soup.
For those without a flu, you can also prepare this for friends and colleagues that may come visiting because pepper soup is never rejected by anyone.
Ingredients:
- 700 g Goat Meat (with skin)
- 4 seeds Ehuru or calabash nutmeg (roast before grinding)
- Habanero pepper (as much as you can take)
- Scent leaves or dry Uziza
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 stock cubes
Directions:
Wash the goat meat and put in a pot. Pour water to cover the meat and then some extra. It is meant to be watery. Goat meat is tough, so you may have to cook for a long time
Add the stock cubes, ground ehuru seeds and the chunks of onion and start cooking.
Add pepper, scent leaves or uziza leaves when meat is cooked.
Cover the pot and leave to simmer for 5 minutes and the pepper soup is ready.
Serve with a cold drink.
