Linguine with Fresh Crab and Chili Pesto

Linguine is just pasta in long slender flat stripes. Well, all those may not be ‘just’, after all. This special ‘specie’ of pasta mixed with fresh crab a dash of chili pesto is quick to make, fresh and yet very spicy.

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

250g linguine

75g Chili Pesto or 1/3 jar Chili Pesto

100g fresh white crab meat

3 tsp fresh oregano, chopped

½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. Cook the linguine according to pack instructions.
  2. When the pasta is ready, drain and stir through the Pesto, crab and oregano and check for seasoning.
  3. Divide between bowls and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

What could be faster yet as spicy?!
