Linguine is just pasta in long slender flat stripes. Well, all those may not be ‘just’, after all. This special ‘specie’ of pasta mixed with fresh crab a dash of chili pesto is quick to make, fresh and yet very spicy.
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
75g Chili Pesto or 1/3 jar Chili Pesto
100g fresh white crab meat
3 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
- Cook the linguine according to pack instructions.
- When the pasta is ready, drain and stir through the Pesto, crab and oregano and check for seasoning.
- Divide between bowls and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
What could be faster yet as spicy?!
