Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
¼ oz. simple syrup
4 raspberries
Sparkling wine
Directions:
To make the simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour all ingredients except sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.
Pour into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
