How to make Strawberry Banana Smoothie
You can either make this smoothie 100% healthy by using low fat or unsweetened yoghurt or you can go all out and use a sweetened yoghurt.
Whatever your choice is, have it in mind that nothing can stop the sweetness of this smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
2 Bananas
1 cup yoghurt
Directions:
Wash and slice the fruits
Put them in a smoothie blender, add the yoghurt and blend until smooth
