Ingredients:
3 cups low fat yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries
Fresh blackberries or blueberries
1 granola bar (crushed) or fresh granolas
Directions:
Layer 1/3 cup yogurt into the bottom of a glass cup. Alternate layers of fruits and granola with yogurt until glass is filled to the top. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy
