How to make Avocado Cup Salad
Avocados are a good source of folic acid and vitamins so having one for breakfast won’t be a bad idea at all. You can use left over chicken or canned chicken for this recipe.
All the ingredients used are available on Supermart.ng.
Ingredients:
- Chicken (cooked and shredded)
- Chili powder to taste
- 1 avocado (halved and pitted)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Coriander (chopped)
- Fresh tomatoes (chopped)
- Pineapple (chopped)
Directions:
- Stir chicken, coriander, tomato, pinapple and chili powder together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with lime juice on avocado halves and spoon chicken mixture in.
