How to make Carrot Tangerine Smoothie
This smoothie is the vitamin A and C powerhouse of all smoothies. Who combines carrots, tangerines, grapefruit, butternut squash (yes, butternut squash and it is tasty) and pineapple all in one smoothie? WE LOVE SMOOTHIES!!! The fact that you get to be very creative with it is just too awesome. This combo gives you the much needed immunity boost!
INGREDIENTS:
3 C Butternut Squash, frozen
2 C Carrot juice
2 C Pineapple, (frozen)
1 Banana, (frozen)
1 1/2 C Water
2 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
If it is too thick, add some more water. If it gets too thin, add more frozen fruits. (try not to go back and forth with this so it doesn’t get frustrating)
