How to make Creamy Hot Cocoa
There are so many ways to make a cup of cocoa. This method is more than interesting because it is very creamy and it tastes great too.
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water
3 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Combine cocoa, sugar, and pinch of salt in a saucepan with very little boiling water, mix well and simmer for about 2 minutes
Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Divide between mugs. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature.
