How to make Peppered Meatball Sauce
Our Sunday recipe is this spicy and hot meatballs in pepper sauce. This sauce can be eaten with a number of dishes like rice, pasta, yam, potatoes etc.
It is very easy to prepare and all the ingredients are available on Supermart.ng.
Now you do not have to go to an Italian restaurant to enjoy this tasty meatball sauce.
2 kg meatballs
4 red bell peppers (blended)
¼ cup grated cheese (your preferred choice)
¼ Italian dressing
Dash of soy sauce
- Add cheese and Italian dressing into a blender and blend with pepper until well mixed. Add soy sauce and blend together. Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on Low heat setting for about an hour.
- Stir before serving. Meatballs will hold on Low heat setting up to 2 hours; stir occasionally.
