How to prepare Peppered Shrimps
Shrimps have never tasted this nice. This awesome peppered shrimps recipe can be used as a sauce with any meal of your choice.
500 g shrimps (peeled, deveined) – Parboiled
5-6 Fresh red pepper or as much as you can take (blended)
2 tomatoes (blended)
Ugwu leaves (washed and sliced)
2 Tbs Olive oil
1 small onion
Salt to taste
Pour the olive oil in a pan and allow to heat up for 2 minutes
Add the onions, tomato & pepper and allow to cook for a few minutes before adding the spices. Allow to cook for another 2 minutes
Add in the shrimps and stir. Cover and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
Finally, add the vegetables and serve.
