Wine is good for you. Actually, no, it’s bad for you.

Eat red meat. On second thoughts, eat white meat.

Oil is bad for your body. But your body needs healthy oil.

Scientists can never agree on what is good for us. We are constantly being yanked left and right about meals we should and should not eat. Even when it comes to the number of times we should eat daily, there is no consensus. Some research points to 6 being the optimal meal frequency – eating six relatively small meals regularly aids metabolism they say. Other nutritionists, though, argue that the number of meals matters less than what we are actually eating; these nutritionists recommend the 3 daily meals many of us have always known to be ideal.

Well, we, at Supermart, are always snacking on something so we tend to favour the 6-meal theory. And when we do ‘top up’, nothing does it for us like a fresh pack of yoghurt. Optimise your meal frequency today and pick up a pack of your favourite yoghurt.
