Spicy Cashew Recipe

How to make Spicy Cashew

Spicy cashews are great as a party snack or simply to munch at any time. Spicy cashews can be quite addicting. Yes, they are that good. Make this simple yet tasty cashew nut for family and close friends.


2 cups raw cashewnuts

2 tbs vegetable oil

Salt to taste

¼ tsp black salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

/4 tsp red pepper

1 tsp roasted cumin seed (ground)


  1. In a large skillet, roast the cashewnuts in oil over low heat, stirring continuously until golden brown
  2. Transfer cashews to a bowl and allow to cool until warm (n0te that you shouldn’t cool under room temperature as this will not make the spices to coat the cashews)
  3. Mix all the spices in a small bowl. Add the warm cashew to the bowl and then coat evenly.
  4. Store in an airtight container
