How to make Homemade Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt
I have a friend who must take a drink a day. No exaggerations here now, a drink a day! If the sun is not too hot, the food is too spicy or the drink just has to be drunk were some of her excuses! If like her, you have a tooth for sweet non-alcoholic beverages or always want to have something to ‘push down my food’, here is a healthy recipe; thank me later!

Ingredients:
4 cups frozen strawberries
3 Tablespoons honey
1/2 cup plain yoghurt (non-fat or full fat)
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
- Add the frozen strawberries, honey, yoghurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Process for about 5 minutes. By now it should be creamy.
- Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month, no additives!
