This week we are all about giving easy recipes that you can prepare at home. We also know, this is resumption week for schools – many kids are back in their classrooms. It can be a tedious task getting your kids ready for school. Cooking can become very time consuming and stressful, also not fun sometimes.
This is why we are here, to make cooking an easy and enjoyable experience. Have you ever made rice krispie balls before? My guess is no! In this part of the world, we do not like to try out different cuisines.
But here’s the thing about rice krispie balls – I love them and I trust you will as well, they are usually so delicious and crunchy. Make this for your kids and they won’t stop thanking you and besides it is super easy recipe to achieve.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
1. Place marshmallows and butter together in a medium bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Give the mixture a stir and heat for another minute, stir and repeat until the mixture is puffy and melted.
2. Add in the cereal and coat evenly with the marshmallow mixture. Let mixture sit for about 3-5 minutes, or until cool. Using a 1 inch cookie scooper, portion out rice krispie balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Scatter the tops evenly with sprinkles.
