How to prepare Peanut Chicken Fried Rice
You have heard of and tasted different fried rice recipes, but we bet you haven’t tried this recipe out yet.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs white vinegar
¼ tsp ginger (ground)
Spring onions (sliced)
2 Carrots (sliced)
Season chicken to desired taste. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked. Set aside
Add water,peanut butter, vinegar and ginger into the same skillet and bring to boil over high heat. Stir in seasoning cubes, salt and pepper (if necessary). Add rice to the mix and cook until rice is tender.
Stir in spring onions, green peas, carrots and chicken. Serve and garnish with fresh lime wedges and chopped peanuts (optional)
