How to make Plantain Vegetable Stir Fry
Plantain is everyone’s favourite. This recipe is quite different from the regular plantain we all fry. The addition of garlic and ginger powder gives this recipe a very different and awesome taste.

Ingredients:
Plantain (cut like fries)
Green pepper (cut like fries)
Bell peppers (cut like fries)
Tomatoes (cut like fries)
Onions (cut like fries)
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic powder
Directions:
Marinate plantain in a ziplock bag with salt, garlic and ginger powder for about 10 minutes
Fry the plantain a little bit and then add the vegetables and seasoning powder. Fry till golden brown.
